- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- Cool Whip - 1 (12
- oatmeal - 1/2 c
- ice cream - 1/2 gal
How to make ice cream crunch:
Mix pecans, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and margarine well. Bake in a 350° oven on cookie sheet about 30 minutes. Stir often. Stir cool. Spread 1/2 on 9 x 13-inch pan. Pat in soft ice cream.
