  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ground nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
  • cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • unbaked 8-inch pie shell - 1 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Beat the eggs slightly; add sugar, salt, spices and milk. Add butter or margarine to mashed sweet potatoes; blend with milk and egg mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 to 40 minut
