Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • nutmeg - 1/3 tsp
  • cloves - 1/3 tsp
  • allspice - 1/3 tsp
  • medium size eggs - 5 item
  • cans yams - 2 oz
  • stick margarine per pie - 1/3 item
  • sugar add more if not sweet enough - 3 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

Combine all ingredients and thoroughly mix. Pour mixture into deep pie crust. Cook at 300° for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Makes 4 pies.
