Sweet potato pie

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 1/4 c
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/3 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• corn syrup - 1/3 c
• mashed yams 1 large can, drained - 2 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

In large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Stir in potatoes and eggs. Beat until smooth. Combine syrup, milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Add to mixture. Bake uncovered at 400° for 35 minutes in pie pan.
