Sweet potato cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 3/4 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• raisins - 1 c
• margarine - 3/4 c
• pecans - 1 c
• quick cooking oatmeal - 3/4 c
• sweet potato, cooked and mashed - 1 c

How to make sweet potato cookies:

Mix butter and sugar together. Add egg and dry ingredients and then pecans and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
