  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • butter or oleo - 1/3 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • coconut - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix mashed potatoes, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/3 cup butter together. Beat in milk and eggs. Fold mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Combine coconut, brown sugar, flour, pecans and 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake 1 hou
