  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potatoes:

Topping:1 c. coconut1/3 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine1 c. pecans Mix potatoes, sugar, milk, margarine, vanilla and eggs. Place in a baking dish. Spread on topping and bake for 25 minutes at 375°.
