  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk sweet - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/3 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • coconut
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. pecans, chopped1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. melted butter or margarine Whip all ingredients of casserole together and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle on topping and bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
