  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 1
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • oleo, melted - 1/2 c
  • melted oleo - 1/3 c
  • can sweet potatoes - 30 oz
  • Beat all of the ingredients and pour into a greased dish

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Drain the sweet potatoes. Beat all of the ingredients and pour into a greased dish. Sprinkle with the topping.Topping:1 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/3 c. melted oleo1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
