Baked apricots
Ingredients/Components
- 14 oz - 2 lb
- 1/2 boxes light brown sugar - 1 item
- stick butter or substitute - 1 item
- large box Ritz-type crackers - 1 lb
How to make baked apricots:
In a greased 2-quart casserole, put a layer of the apricot halves. Cover with sugar, then a layer of the crumbled crackers and dot thickly with butter. Repeat to top of dish. Bake slowly at 300° about 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
