Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1 c
- mashed potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. nuts1/2 c. flour1/3 c. butter Mix potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Cook at 350° for 20 minutes.Topping: Mix brown sugar, nuts, flour and butter. Spread on top of potatoes and bake another 15 minutes.
