  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • plain flour - 1/3 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. plain flour1 c. nuts, chopped1/2 stick melted margarine Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, margarine, salt and vanilla. Spoon into baking dish.

Combine topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
