Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 4 c
- nuts, broken - 1/2 3/4
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the topping until crumbly. Sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. (I have used different nuts and sometimes put some topping on the bottom of the pan since I love the coconut and nuts.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
