Sweet potato bread pudding

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 Tbsp
• milk - 3 c
• coconut - 1/2 c
• nuts - 1/2 c
• raisins - 1/2 c
• allspice - 2 tsp
• bread crumbs - 3 c
• sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato bread pudding:

Beat milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla together. Mix bread crumbs until soft. Add sweet potatoes; mix well, then add nuts, coconut and raisins. Pour into 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Cook in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
