Sweet potato bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• water - 2/3 c
• nutmeg - 2 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• sweet potatoes, mashed - 2 c

How to make sweet potato bread:

Cream sugar and eggs. Blend in oil and water. Add flour and cinnamon, soda, salt and nutmeg. Beat in potatoes. Mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Pour in greased and floured 1 pound coffee can. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
