  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • marshmallows - 8 item
  • corn flakes, crushed - 1 c
  • cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • milk if needed - 2 Tbsp
  • brown or white sugar - 3/4 c

How to make sweet potato balls:

Mash sweet potatoes and let set overnight or until cold. Add butter, sugar, milk and salt. Press around marshmallows and roll in flakes and coconut mixture. Cook at 300° until hot and lightly browned.
