How to make sweet and sour ribs:

Place ribs, meaty side up, on rack in foil lined shallow pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour 1/3 of sauce on ribs. Bake, uncovered, in 350° until until done, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting 3 or 4 times with remaining sauce.

For additional flavor and eye appeal, place 1 lemon very thinly sliced on ribs during last hour of baking. If ribs are browning too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil.
