Hawaiian chicken
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- salt optional
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- chicken thighs - 8 item
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Mix together first 7 ingredients and cook, stirring, until thick. Place chicken in baking dish or pan and sprinkle with salt. Pour half of sauce over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, uncovered. Pour remaining sauce over chicken and cook, covered, for 1/2 hour. Remove cover and cook 1/2 hour. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
