  • chicken, skinned - 3 lb
  • jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
  • dried onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • small bottle Russian dressing - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Place chicken in 19 x 13-inch pan. Mix soup mix, dressing and apricot preserves. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with white rice.
