  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
  • dried onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • small bottle sweet-sour French dressing - 1 item
  • jar large apricot preserves - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Salt, pepper and garlic salt chicken, brown lightly, transfer to ovenproof dish. Smother with other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered. Cover chicken and bake for 20 minutes longer. This is real good with rice, just spoon sauce over chicken and rice.
