Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- soda
- powdered sugar - 1 box
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- walnut or pecan pieces - 1 c
- Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350° for 45 minutes
How to make swedish nut cake:
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Let cool. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 stick butter, softened1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. walnut or pecan pieces1 tsp. vanilla1 box (16 oz.) powdered sugar Blend all together until fluffy.
