Swedish meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 2/3 c
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- ground chuck
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- ground veal - 1 lb
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix together meats, eggs, onion, crumbs, salt and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls. Put on cookie sheet and bake in 350° to 375° oven until browned. Mix soups together in large casserole dish. Add browned meatballs. Put in refrigerator and marinate all day or overnight. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
