Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Form into meatballs. Cook in skillet on low to medium heat until done. Drain any grease.
