Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • minced onion - 1/3 c
  • bottle chili sauce
  • jar grape jelly - 1 oz

How to make swedish meatballs:

Sauce;1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce1 Tbsp. parsley flakes1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. pepper1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly Mix all together and then make into meatballs. Bake on cookie sheet in oven set at 325° until done. After meatballs are cooked, prepare sauce.

Sauce: Place chili sauce in saucepan on medium heat and stir in grape jelly. Stir until jelly is melted into chili.

Put meatballs in sauce and simmer for approximately 30 minutes until they have a glaze.
