Swedish apple pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 c
- chopped walnuts
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- to 8 apples, peeled, cored and sliced - 7 item
How to make swedish apple pie:
Fill a 9 x 9-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan full of apple slices. (Spray pan with vegetable spray first). Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and sugar.In a medium bowl, combine butter, 1 cup sugar, flour, egg and nuts. Spread mixture over apples in pan to cover. Mixture will be clumpy. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve cold or warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
