- lean ground beef - 3 lb
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mustard seed - 1 tsp
- drops liquid smoke - 9 item
- Morton Tender Quick salt heaping - 3 tsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix together in a large mixing bowl and cover; refrigerate. Mix every day for 6 days. Form into sausage-type rolls and bake on a broiling pan for 3 1/2 hours at 180°.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
