Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- liquid smoke
- quick curing salt - 2 Tbsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into logs. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate 24 hours. Next day, remove wax paper and place logs on cookie sheet and bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes. After cooking, wrap sausage in foil and refrigerate.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
