Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- ground beef - 3 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke
- Morton cure salt - 3 Tbsp
How to make summer sausage:
Mix all ingredients; roll mixture into shape of a log. Roll up in foil and put in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Summer, Seasonal.
