Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- lemon extract - 1/4 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- cup water - 1/4 item
- cup sugar - 1/2 item
- mandarin oranges, drained - 1 can
- cup orange juice - 1/4 item
- cup butter or margarine, softened - 1/4 item
- 1/4 cups flour - 1 item
- cup confectioners sugar - 1/4 item
- cup fresh blueberries - 1/3 item
- cup sliced fresh strawberries - 1 item
- cup whipped topping - 1 item
- firm banana, sliced - 1 item
- kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced - 2 item
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture
How to make summer dessert pizza:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; beat in egg and extracts. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Press dough into a greased 12 in. or 14 in. pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping, mix well. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top.Glaze:1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup water2 tsp. cornstarch Combine ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
