- sour cream - 1 (8
- 3 oz - 2 pkg
- boiling water - 2 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened
- small can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 item
How to make cherry congealed salad:
Topping:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened1/2 c. sugar1 (8 oz.) sour cream1/2 tsp. vanilla Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple and pie filling. Pour into serving dish and chill in refrigerator until set.For topping: Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over congealed salad. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
