  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • vegetable oil - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream oil, butter and sugar and then add eggs. Mix well. Add flour and dry ingredients. Then add vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Press with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
