Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• flour
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• cooking oil - 1 c
• margarine - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Combine first four ingredients and beat well. Add eggs and beat again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with glass dipped in granulated sugar. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. You can add nuts, but we like them plain.
