Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 4 c
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- nuts optional - 1 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- pumpkin pie spice or 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp
- Pour into lightly greased 17 x 11 3/4-inch baking sheet
How to make pumpkin bars:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix until blended. Pour into lightly greased 17 x 11 3/4-inch baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. May be frosted while slightly warm.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla2 tsp. milk6 Tbsp. margarine4 c. powdered sugar Beat until smooth.
