Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt
• flour - 3 c
• shortening - 3/4 c
• walnuts - 1 c
• apples, diced - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Grease and flour sides, bottom and middle of angel food pan. Mix all ingredients listed with hands. Put in angel food pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking. Bake at 350° for 70 minutes.
