Stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese
- frozen spinach - 1 pkg
- box large shells - 1 item
- medium size Ricotta cheese - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Preheat oven to 325°. Beat 3 eggs lightly and mix in Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Also, add cooked and drained spinach.Parboil shells and fill with mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce over shells and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 325°. Serves 6 to 8.
