Stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 16 oz
- large eggs - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- tomato sauce - 2 qt
- Ricotta cheese - 1 qt
- shredded Mozzarella - 16 oz
- bread crumbs flavored - 1 c
- box jumbo macaroni shells - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Boil shells for approximately 10 minutes. Cool and drain. Cook spinach until soft. Chop with knife and fork and drain well. Mix all ingredients together; add the spinach to the mixture last! Place 2 tablespoons of mixture into each shell. Line bottom of pan with tomato sauce. Place in 13 x 9 baking pan (I like glass). Cover top of each shell with more sauce. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
