Stuffed cabbage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground turkey - 1/2 lb
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- uncooked long grain rice - 1 c
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- stewed tomatoes - 2 cans
- brown sugar or sugar-free maple syrup - 1/4 c
How to make stuffed cabbage casserole:
Cook rice as directed, omitting butter if called for. While rice is cooking, fill a large pot with water, about 3/4 full, and boil.
