Ingredients/Components
- to 10 McIntosh or cooking apples - 6 item
- water - 1/2 c
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
How to make chunky applesauce:
Peel and core apples. Slice apple in quarters. In a pan add water and apples. Cook over low heat. Lightly mash apples; add cinnamon and stir. Serve chunky warm or cold.Sugar may be added, if desired.
