- container Cool Whip - 1 item
- angel food cake - 1 item
- strawberries, capped, washed and drained - 1 pt
How to make strawberry shortcake:
Split cake in 2 halves. Remove a few chunks from bottom half. Place strawberries in bottom half. Add some of the Cool Whip to berries. Place top half of cake on Cool Whip and berries. Put chunks, removed from bottom half, in center of cake. Ice entire cake with Cool Whip. Place in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Strawberry, Berries.
