  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • all-purpose flour
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • Crisco shortening - 1/2 c
  • thawed strawberries in syrup - 2 c

How to make strawberry pound cake:

Generously grease and flour bottom and sides of Bundt pan. Sprinkle the bottom with the marshmallows. Combine the strawberries and jello and set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Blend on low until moistened and beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour the batter over the marshmallows. Spoon the strawberry mixture evenly over the batter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
