Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- fresh strawberries
- baked pie crust - 1 item
How to make strawberry pie:
Mash 1/2 of the strawberries. Add cornstarch and sugar. In saucepan cook over medium heat until clear. Stir in lemon juice; cool. Fold in remaining strawberries. Spoon into pie crust; chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
