  • flour - 2 c
  • sticks melted butter - 2 item
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • medium Cool Whip - 1 item
  • sugar
  • water - 2 c
  • cornstarch - 5 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • box strawberry jello - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • strawberries - 1 pt

How to make strawberry crunch:

Second Layer:1 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese medium Cool Whip Third Layer:2 c. sugar2 c. water5 Tbsp. cornstarch dash of salt1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 pt. strawberries Crust: Mix together in 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°. Cool.

Second Layer: Mix together and spread over crust.

Third Layer: Bring sugar, water, cornstarch and salt to boil. Cool until thick and clear. Add jello and lemon juice. Mix and cool. Add strawberries. Can be served with whipped topping.
