Ingredients/Components

  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • frozen strawberries - 2 pkg
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • can condensed milk - 1 item
  • crushed vanilla wafers - 2 c

How to make strawberry crunch:

Mix condensed milk with lemon juice. Beat whipped cream very stiff. Fold into milk mixture. Add strawberries and nuts. Line dish with half of vanilla wafers and pour mixture into dish. Top with rest of vanilla wafers. Chill and serve.

One can of cherries may be substituted for strawberries.
