Strawberry congealed salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• boiling water - 2 c
• can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
• strawberry jello
• can strawberry pie filling - 1 oz
• chopped pecans for topping - 1 item

How to make strawberry congealed salad:

Mix jello and water. Cool for 15 minutes. Add pineapple with juice and the pie filling. Refrigerate until jelled. In mixer, put sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread on top of jello. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
