Blueberry jello salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- boxes blueberry jello I use triple berry - 2 item
- can or jar blueberry pie filling - 1 item
How to make blueberry jello salad:
Topping:1/2 c. sour cream1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla8 oz. cream cheese Dissolve jello in water. Add pineapple and pie filling. Pour into glass bowl or mold. Refrigerate until set. Serve with topping. (The topping makes the jello!)For the topping, mix all of the ingredients together until well blended and smooth. Serve with or over blueberry jello.
