  • milk - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • strawberries - 1/2 c
  • frozen strawberries - 1 c
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • box strawberry jello - 1 item
  • coconut optional - 1/2 c
  • Icing:1 box powdered sugar

How to make strawberry cake:

Icing:1 box powdered sugar1/2 stick butter1/2 c. strawberries1/2 c. coconut (optional) Mix cake mix and jello together. Beat eggs. Add to mixture. Add other ingredients. Pour into greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° until fork inserted comes out clean.

Icing: Cream together powdered sugar, butter, strawberries and coconut (optional).
