  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • white cake mix - 1 pkg
  • strawberry jello - 1 pkg
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • stick soft margarine - 3/4 item
  • mashed strawberries fresh or frozen - 3/4 c
  • Spread in layer pans and bake at 350°
  • mashed berries and food coloring to color juice from berries - 1 item

How to make strawberry cake:

Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Spread in layer pans and bake at 350°. Ice with Strawberry Icing.Strawberry Icing:1 box confectioners sugar3/4 stick soft margarine mashed berries and food coloring (to color juice from berries) Combine all ingredients, adding just enough berries and juice to get icing to spreading consistency.
