  • envelope whipped topping mix - 1 item
  • container strawberry low-fat yogurt - 1 (6
  • strawberries, cut in fourths - 1 pt
  • angel food cake mix, prepared as directed or 1 bakery angel food cake - 1 pkg
  • or 2 drops red food coloring - 1 item

How to make strawberry angel delight:

When cake is cooled, trim any brown crust. Cut cake in 3 layers. Prepare whipped topping as package directs, using low-fat milk. Stir in yogurt, food coloring and half the strawberries.

Spread 1/3 of mix between layers and on top of cake. Top with remaining strawberries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Serves 12.
