Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- shoyu - 1 Tbsp
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- grated ginger - 1 Tbsp
- wine optional - 1/2 c
- pork or beef ribs, cut into pieces - 2 lb
How to make sticky ribs:
Put ribs into baking pan. Combine sauce ingredients well; pour over ribs. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Pork rib.
