Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bacon - 1 2
- or 2 round or sirloin steaks - 1 item
- or 2 cans mushroom soup and water - 1 item
How to make steak roll ups:
Cut steak into 1 x 2-inch pieces; roll in bacon (hold with toothpicks). Roll Steak Roll Ups in flour; fry until light brown.Put in a large covered casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup and water; heat to warm and pour over steak until even with meat. Bake at 300° to 350° as some ovens may vary, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
